Our primary focus includes the acquisition, development and management of prime commercial, office and retail locations throughout the country. We have extensive experience with regional power centers, freestanding build-to-suits, neighborhood grocery-anchored centers, and mall re-developments. Additionally, we have considerable experience in developing a variety of product types including retail, healthcare, office, and industrial properties.

Our developments are specifically designed to fill the needs of residents in the communities in which we build. We currently have several properties under construction and management in the Texas cities of McKinney, College Station, Dallas, and Cedar Hill. And we are currently re-developing 100 Oaks Mall in Nashville, TN into an 800,000+ square foot mixed use retail and office project.
