Frank Mihalopoulos is the owner of Corinth Properties. He graduated from Southern Methodist University and has thirty-two years of experience in real estate investments and development of commercial retail and office properties. His developments are throughout the country primarily in the southwest. His projects have earned national and local awards and recognition from the commercial real estate industry, business publication including The Dallas Business Journal, the City of Cedar Hill and the City of Nashville, TN.
His most recent development, One Hundred Oaks, was a renovation of an existing mall into a mixed use project with Vanderbilt University Medical Center occupying 450,000 square feet for medical clinics and 430,000 square feet of retail. He has completed Eldorado Plaza, a 30-acre neighborhood center in McKinney, Texas, the Gateway Center in College Station, Texas, and the 70-acre shopping district Cedar Hill Village and Texas and The Plaza at Cedar Hill, Cedar Hill, Texas and is presently developing Spring Creek Village in College Station, Texas.
Mr. Mihalopoulos is a current board member of The Real Estate Council of Dallas, Texas, Federal Reserve of Dallas Advisory Council and Shelter Ministries of Dallas. He previously served on the boards of Goodwill Industries, St. Mark’s School of Texas, City of Dallas Cedars Area TIFF, Urban Rehab Standards, Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church where he chaired the building committee overseeing the construction of the Church’s new facilities. He is a member of North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and ICSC. Mr. Mihalopoulos has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University.
A passion for the business best describes Terrance Maiden. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Mr. Maiden has poured his energy, creativity and expertise into the development /project leasing of over two-million square feet of retail. As a key team member of Corinth Properties, he is at the forefront at implementing the growth of company as a real estate owner and developer. Mr. Maiden also serves as Managing Partner at The Nediam Company, a private held capital venture/asset holdings firm based in Dallas.
Mr. Maiden began his real estate career with The Woodmont Company, spending several years project leasing and developing projects throughout Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, and North Dakota. He subsequently worked within corporate real estate at a couple well recognized companies, Panda Restaurant Group (Panda Express) and Panera, LLC (Panera Bread/Paradise Bakery). During Terrance’s three-year tenure with Panda, he was the top producer, accounting for over 50 restaurant opening. Mr. Maiden was also the recipient for the 2004 Panda IMPACT Award and 2005 Most Store Openings Award. At Panera Bread, Mr. Maiden served as the Director of Real Estate, responsible for managing Panera’s real estate development efforts for the central United States, including 11 states.
Mr. Maiden received a degree from Texas Christian University, where he and his identical twin brother were standout football players for the Horned Frogs.
Mr. Maiden is actively involved in several professional and civic organizations in Dallas and Fort Worth, including Real Estate Council, Urban Land Institute, Texas Christian University Letterman Association, International Council of Shopping Centers, Score a Goal in the Classroom, and many more. In 2005, Mr. Maiden co-founded Two-Wins Foundation with twin brother Tim. Two-Wins Foundations is a non-profit organization that invests thousands of dollars into inner communities through educational and community revitalization programs.
Mr. Maiden was recently named “2009 Minority Business Leader of the Year” in Dallas Business Journal and a finalist for “2011 One Man Dallas”.
Anthony T. (Tony) Ruggeri entered the commercial real estate market in 1997 after a successful business career in the high technology and consumer electronic industries. Between 1997 and 2009, he has developed, owned and managed over 1.5 million square feet of commercial real estate property in Texas and Tennessee valued in excess of $200 million. Ruggeri’s holdings include retail power and community grocery anchored centers, mixed-use, and medical office projects. In 1999, Mr. Ruggeri transitioned ATR & Associates, Inc., which was formed in 1981 as a holding company, into a real estate management and investment company. Along the way, Ruggeri’s projects have earned national and local awards and recognition from the commercial real estate industry, business publications and community organizations including the Urban Land Institute, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, and the City of Nashville, TN.
Mr. Ruggeri graduated from Princeton University in 1976. He joined the National Marketing Department of US Pioneer Electronics directly after graduation. He went on to enjoy a successful career in the consumer electronics and computer industry over the next 20 years. Mr. Ruggeri founded Vanguard Sales, Inc. in 1982. Vanguard was a marketing and sales company representing major consumer electronics and computer companies such as Intel, Samsung, and Sanyo among others. In 1986, HiTex Sales, Inc. was formed to service the specialized vertical integration market in the OEM computer industry working with Dell Computer, Compaq Computer, and Tandy Corporation. Mr. Ruggeri sold both companies in1995. He continued to act as a consultant for computer industry, ski industry, and video production clients for the next three years.
Mr. Ruggeri served on the Retail Advisory Councils for Intel Corporation, PCEO Division, Imagic Inc., Sanyo Electronics, Video Seven, and several software companies to assist in the development of programs to capitalize on the expanding retail market for computer and electronics products. He was Chairman for the Scott Murray Tennis Tournament benefitting the American Cancer Society and Co-Chairman for the St. Marks School of Texas Annual Gala. Mr. Ruggeri is currently a member of the Board of Directors and First Vice-President for the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul in Dallas.
Warren entered the commercial real estate business in 1984 after graduating with his MBA from the Texas A&M University system. Following tenures as Director of Real Estate for Pier 1 Imports and Vice President of Real Estate for Barnes & Noble Booksellers, Warren started Creason Commercial Realty in 1994, and since then has utilized his considerable corporate experience to benefit clients including United Supermarkets, Best Buy, COSTCO, Home Depot, Michaels Arts and Crafts, PETsMART, Ulta Beauty and others. Warren's corporate background enables him to function as an extension of his clients' "in-house" real estate department and to provide a full range of services from market analysis and strategic planning to site selection and procurement, as well as store design, development and opening.
