MOCKINGBIRD at GREENVILLE (Dallas, Texas): 20,000 square feet retail development at the intersection of Mockingbird at Greenville anchored by Chase Bank and Radio Shack., near campus of SMU.

GATEWAY CENTER (College Station, Texas): Gateway Center is located at the northwest corner of Highway 6 and University Drive in College Station, Texas. This is a mixed use lifestyle/regional power center which is anchored by Home Depot, and PetSmart. The lifestyle component is comprised of Chico's, Talbot's, Kirklands, Jos A Banks, Catherine's, Lane Bryant and Douglas Jewelers.

PLAZA AT CEDAR HILL (Cedar Hill, Texas): 320, 000 square feet development in the City of Cedar Hill. This catalyst project sparked an interest in the southern Dallas County. Tenants include Barnes N Nobles, Pier 1, Office Max, Ross, Marshalls, Macaroni Grill, Chili's, Wendys and others. 

PANDA EXPRESS (Texas / Oklahoma): Develop over 60 new Panda Express restaurant locations within the Texas/Oklahoma region.

PANERA BREAD (Texas / Oklahoma/ Kansas/ Colorado /New Mexico / Arkansas/ Tennessee / Arizona): Develop over 80 new company / franchise cafes within the central United States region for Panera, LLC

HILLCREST/CAMPBELL (Dallas, Texas): CVS Pharmacy and several local tenants, over 32,000 square feet

SUNSET PLAZA (San Angelo, Texas): 98,000 square feet development across from Sunset Mall, with Target, Office Max, PetSMart and other national tenants

PLAZA SANTA FE (Sante Fe, New Mexico): Assisted with initial development and securing anchors for 400, 000 square feet development, anchored with Target, Alberstons, TJ Maxx and other national tenants.

PINNACLE PARK (Dallas, Texas): Worked in conjunction with Christon Company to develop over 900 acres of land for mix-use, retail, industrial, office, and hospitality. Anchored by Super Wal-Mart, Lowes, SBC office building. Located at Interstate 30 at Cockrell Hill. 

HIGHWAY 6 at ROCK PRAIRIE ROAD (College Station): Co development of Kroger Grocery Store and Comerica Bank

BROADWAY at INTERSTATE-30 (Garland, Texas): 250,000 square feet mix-use development of retail and medical office, anchored by Super Wal-Mart. 

YUMA PLAZA (Yuma, Arizona): 70,000 square feet retail center across from Southpark Mall, anchored with Toys R Us, Barnes & Noble, and Pier One
