CEDAR HILL VILLAGE

Cedar Hill Village is located at the southwest quadrant of US 67 and FM 1382 in Cedar Hill, Texas. The center is anchored by JC Penney and Cinemark Theaters this retail and office development is across from the new Cedar Hill government center and in the heart of the Cedar Hill shopping district.
ELDORADO PLAZA

Eldorado Plaza is located at the northwest corner of Eldorado Parkway and US Highway 75 in McKinney, Texas. The center is anchored by Belk Department Store, Old Navy, World Market, Pier 1 Imports, Famous Footwear, Lane Bryant, Chico's, Lane Bryant and Kirkland's. This lifestyle center is at the heart of the city's shopping area.
100 OAKS MALL

100 Oaks Mall is located at 719 Thompson Lane near the I-65 and Armory Drive interchange in Nashville, Tennessee. The major tenants are TJ Maxx, Michaels, PetSmart, Burlington Coat Factory, CompUSA, Guitar Center, GameStop, K & G Men's, and Regal Theaters. The 850,000 square foot center has undergone a major renovation to revitalize its presence and close proximity to downtown Nashville. Vanderbilt Medical occupies over 400,000 square feet of office space.
SPRING CREEK VILLAGE

Spring Creek Village is located at the northeast corner of William D. Fitch Rd. and Highway 6 in College Station. This is a new master-planned mixed use development and recently added Lowe's as an anchor tenant. The sites will be available for banks, retail, grocery, office and hotel. The site is located in the high growth and affluent area of south College Station.
GLEN OAKS CROSSINGS

Southwest corner of Interstate-35 Loop 12. This development is a master planned regional shopping center anchored with Super Wal-Mart and junior anchors, pad sites, and small shop retail. This project is located at the southern entrance into Dallas, adjacent to the highly regarded Glen Oaks community of South Dallas. 
SOUTHGATE PLAZA

Southgate Plaza is a mix-use development project located at the south entrance of Dallas/Worth International Airport. Located at the NEQ of International Parkway and Car Rental Drive, this 15 acres development is comprised of retail, office, and hospitality. DFW International Airport is the 3rd busiest airport in the world. There are over 154,000 daily passengers and over 56,030,457 annual passengers at DFW International Airport. Southgate Plaza benefits from significant commuter traffic totaling over 160,000 cars per day.
