Frank Mihalopoulos is the Principal and founder of Corinth Properties, and a partner in Christon Property Management. Mr. Mihalopoulos has over thirty years of experience in real estate development and investments. He has been involved in the development of over 5 million square feet of retail and office projects in the past ten years. At present, Corinth Properties is finalizing the development of a 300,000 square-foot shopping center in McKinney, Texas, two projects consisting of 600,000 square feet on 100 acres which create the shopping district of Cedar Hill, Texas, and the 400,000 square foot Gateway Center, College Station, Texas. Corinth Properties has redeveloped 100 Oaks Mall, an 800,000 square foot project in Nashville, Tennessee.
Mr. Mihalopoulos is a Board of Directors member on the Real Estate Council of Goodwill Industries, Dallas and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. Previously, Mr. Mihalopoulos served on the Real Estate Council Pac Executive Board, City of Dallas Cedars Area Tiff Board, Urban Rehab Standards Board, Family Place Board, Leadership One Hundred, Save the Children/Dallas for Children Advisory Board, and was the Chairman of the Building Committee for the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. Mr. Mihalopoulos received his bachelor of business degree from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas.
