CEDAR HILL VILLAGE
Cedar Hill Village is located at the southwest quadrant of US 67 and FM 1382 in Cedar Hill, Texas.  The center is anchored by JC Penney and Cinemark Theaters this retail and office development is across from the new Cedar Hill government center and in the heart of the Cedar Hill shopping district.

Eldorado Plaza is located at the northwest corner of Eldorado Parkway and US Highway 75 in McKinney, Texas. Spring Creek Village is located at the northeast corner of William D. Fitch Rd. and Highway 6 in College Station.  This is a new master-planned mixed use development and recently added Lowe’s as an anchor tenant.
